HOW IT WORKS

1- Launch Party

First things first, We celebrate. We create an onsite cookery demonstration with lots of tasting and engagement to give a flavour of whats to come across the next 12 months. This allows us to drum up some excitement for our classes internally and we get to know our students well to tailor the experience. WELCOME TO SPRIG.

2- Culture fit

At the culture fit stage, we engage with staff to hear and learn about their own personalised foodie experiences. We live by the mantra that everyone is an expert at something, especially food! So we engage, listen and celebrate this diversity by including employee recipes in our classes. Who has the best brownie recipe? We will soon find out!

3- Class

Now its time for class! We will be joined by top chefs from across the country to learn how to build confidence in the kitchen. We will tackle recipes from simple snacks, to breakfast, lunch and dinner all with a mindful approach to nutrition, sustainability and diversity. We know that it can be hard to navigate eating well with endless meetings and work commitments. We teach you how to beat the burnout and fuel your body not just for a productive workday but a fulfilling energised life outside the office too.

4- Cookbook

At the end of our journey together we bring together the sum of all our works in a bespoke cookbook, completely individual to your company. A celebration of your staff, their achievements, hard work and dedication throughout the course.

5- Round 2

Next step, we start all over again, different topics, different chefs, different syllabus. We know the corporate landscape is ever changing. This programme will entice new staff to your shores as well as retain those who are integral to the company. We are here to help build a culture of creativity and diversity together. Let’s get to it.
